Deacon's Nursery: Fruit Trees & Bushes
Enormous apple, sometimes weighing over 1lb. (1/2kg.). A golden yellow fruit with pink check. Upright growth, with profusion of large pink flowers. Raised by George Pyne of Topsham, Exeter. George probably came from Upton Pyne (a village to the north of Exeter).
