Believed locally to be an Island apple. Keeping well into February, this apple is like the setting sun – golden with bright orange flush. Quite palatable, even at end of storage time. A very hardy fruit – even windfalls will store. For those with a sweet tooth. Best described as dual purpose. Medium sized fruit.
