Makes a small compact tree, cropping regularly and early bearing from newly planted stocks. Fruit is suitable for cooker and dessert. In season October until February. Round medium sized apple. Skin predominantly orange with yellow, speckled grey and brown. Soft and juicy. Ideal for baking. Raised around 1820. Tip and spur bearing.
