(also known as 'St. Edmund's Pippin'). Small golden Russet. Crisp and rich Russet flavour. Inclined to bear fruit on tips. Not suitable, therefore, to grow on cordon system. Ideal as dwarf bush. Profuse fruiting - will usually need thinning, otherwise fruit will be too small.
